Refund & Returns Policy

At Flynn Furniture, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and refunds in accordance with Irish consumer law.


1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns if:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order (Cooling-Off Period under Irish law).
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Custom-made or personalised furniture.
  • Mattresses or bedding once opened (for hygiene reasons).
  • Clearance or sale items clearly marked as “non-returnable.”

3. How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our customer service at sales@flynnfurniture.com or +353 388 748 484 with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with return instructions.
  3. Items must be returned to the address provided by our team.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or damaged on arrival.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
  • We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no extra cost.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
