- Standard delivery times are 5–14 working days, depending on product availability and your location.
- Made-to-order or custom items may take longer. Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of purchase.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable) once your order is dispatched.
3. Delivery Charges
- Delivery costs vary based on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order.
- Any applicable delivery fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Free delivery promotions, when available, will be clearly stated on our website.
4. Delivery Process
- Large furniture items will be delivered to your front door or ground floor.
- If you require assembly or room-of-choice delivery, please contact us before placing your order to arrange this service (additional charges may apply).
- Customers must ensure clear access for delivery vehicles.
5. Missed Deliveries
If you are not available at the agreed delivery time, a re-delivery fee may apply. Our team will contact you to arrange a new delivery date.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
- Please inspect your items upon delivery.
- If you notice damage or missing parts, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can arrange a replacement or repair.
7. Click & Collect (if available)
We may offer a Click & Collect service from our store or warehouse. Customers will be notified when their order is ready for collection.
